png/bmp export is crumpled

Hello,
I tried to export two very simple and small icons/bitmaps to use them in my delphi-program as button-icons.

It's just a "plus" or "minus" in blue exported to a 12x12 bmp or png. The result is not usable. I really would like to add some screenshots but : how to use the img-tag in this forum? How can I upload my examples?

please send me the examples over mail or upload the image to a temporary online image storage provider and post the link. Can you tell me the style, theme and name of the images, which are crumpled.
Are the icons scaled or do they have the original size?

Hello,
we just found the problem with great help from Jürgen: After a system crash I only installed the trial version. With registering all problems were gone.
