Hi!

First off, I'd just like to say thank you for this great piece of software! I'm finding it very useful.

After using Colibrico for a little while now, I have come up with a short wish-list of features though. Nothing "urgent", just a bunch of "nice to haves. Here goes:

• Keyboard shortcut for Undo (Ctrl+Z) and Redo (Ctrl+Y) would be nice.
• Resize handles on layers would be nice. Resizing a handle should keep aspect ratio (unless shift is held, then resizing should be free to change aspect ratio).
• Shift+Arrow key could move selected layer in a bigger step then just the arrow keys without Shift modifier do.
• Blur Effect would be nice (especially for shadow layers).
• Stroke effect (with thickness, color, transparency, in/out/center drawing) would be nice for text and design element layers (Especially text layers though).

Let me know if you need any clarifications regarding my thoughts on the above items. Cheers!

Why do you need resize without keep aspect ratio? Do you need ellipses or rectangles?

Hi Jürgen,

I admit that it is rare to need to resize without maintaining aspect ratio, but it is occasionally useful. An example would be something like an Arrow icon - sometimes you might need to "squish" or "stretch" it a bit to fit the design/available space. Another example would be things like basic lines/boxes - same scenario where you just need them squished or stretched a bit and the change in aspect ratio doesn't affect the appearance in the same way it would a complex shape that has a "natural" appearance.

Right now I just would handle this in Inkscape, export the SVG, then import to Colibrico for use. Having resize handles and the ability to change aspect ratio by holding the Shift key down while resizing would just save those extra steps. That said, I understand if it you find it more trouble than it's worth to implement in Colibrico.

Hi Jason,

The Update Release 1.1.0 includes the most of your suggestions. Only the scaling with the mouse is not included, because the slider can make more precise scaling and the program logic allows only quadratic dimensions.
